Cancellation and No Show Policy
To honor both your time and mine, the following policies apply to all appointments, including those booked with memberships and packages:
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment start time. This allows me to offer the session to another client who may be waiting. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are considered a late cancellation. Late cancellations will result in the full session fee or the forfeiture of that session if you are using a membership or package.
If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact me, it is considered a no‑show. No‑shows are charged the full session fee or result in the session being forfeited from your membership/package.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for the next client. The full session fee applies.
Illness & Emergencies
If you are sick, contagious, or experiencing a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. I will always do my best to be flexible and reschedule you appropriately.
Practitioner Cancellations
If I need to cancel due to illness or emergency, your session will be rescheduled as soon as possible. No fees will ever be charged in these situations
Package and Membership Policies
By purchasing a membership or package, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All memberships and packages are non‑refundable.

Sessions must be used before the listed expiration date; 6 months for 3 packs and monthly for memberships. Unused sessions do not roll over.

Standard cancellation and no‑show policies apply.

Memberships and packages are non‑transferable and may only be used by the purchaser.

Complimentary add‑ons included in certain tiers cannot be exchanged for other services or cash value.

Memberships renew monthly until canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
